ABOUT the program

We will be distributing holiday boxes from Moisson Montreal containing an assortment of non-perishable goods (typically pasta, rice, cans, snacks). Please note that the boxes are approximately 2ft x 1ft large and can be heavy to carry - please come prepared with what you need to bring the box home (backpack or large bags if you want to remove products from the box, a friend who will help you, etc)! The contents of the boxes may contain animal products such as meat, milk, eggs, and fish - we have no control over this and ask that you find a way to redistribute the products yourself. The registration form lists the contents of each box.

We have 75 boxes available for pick-up and registration will be closed once we've reached capacity. We may have a small wait list available in case people cancel, but please make sure to only register for yourself and no one else to ensure a fair distribution. Thank you for understanding!

Distribution of boxes

When: December 10, 2024 from 5pm-8pm
Where: University Centre - Shatner Building, 3480 McTavish Street, 1st floor Room 106

Accessibility info

The building is accessible via a ramp or stairs, and contains an elevator that will take you to the 2nd floor. There are gender-neutral as well as wheelchair-accessible bathrooms in the building. One-way metro tickets will be available at pick-up for those who need them.

If you have any accessibility concerns about entering the building, because of Covid-19 risk factors or otherwise, PLEASE email us after receiving your registration confirmation and we will come up with a solution. We will try our best to accommodate within our capacity, and want to emphasize that we put staff and participants' health first.
