Bi-weekly Food Bank
Midnight Kitchen hosts a food bank throughout the year. We distribute both produce and non-perishable (canned and packaged) goods, including some non-vegan items.
The food bank takes place every second week, on Tuesdays between 5pm and 7pm at our temporary new location near Place Saint Henri metro, at 137 rue Saint Ferdinand.
If you wish to access the food bank every second week, you must sign-up in advance through our online form.
Physical accessibility information for the building is outlined below.
To receive the food, no identification documents are required and no questions will be asked. You will just be asked to provide the name under which you registered.
Spaces are limited and priority will go to folks who face barriers to accessing food banks elsewhere in Montreal.
Accessibility information: The main entrance to the building has two sets of four stairs. There is a (steep) ramp entrance via the parking lot, but no automated doors. Please let us know if you need help accessing the building, and we would be happy to assist you. There is a single stall, gender neutral washroom in the space.
The nearest metro is Place Saint-Henri, roughly a ten minute walk away.
If you need help with your food bank pickup because of physical disability or other reasons, we may be able to accommodate you; please get in touch. The food bank is free of charge and open to both students and non-students! If you need any additional information, please write to us: email@example.com.
